Standard Wood Pavilion Features
Our Wooden Pavilions are constructed from hand-selected treated #1 grade southern yellow pine for the best appearance possible. The wood comes unfinished, ready to be painted or stained yourself, or you can choose one of the many optional stain and paint colors we offer. The 2x6 half-moon braces provide strength and support to withstand high winds, while adding beauty to the structure. The laminated 5x5 posts resist checking and warping, and attach directly onto your wood deck or concrete pad using the included black powder-coated bracket on the bottom. The posts are covered in a decorative trim to give a cleaner appearance, as it covers all of the connections. Our headers are engineered and constructed with 3 ply 2x8 boards to span distances up to 16 feet without sagging. Double main rafters provide structural integrity, while elegant 1x6 tongue and groove boards covered in architectural asphalt shingles make up the ceiling. DECKS plus Rectangle Pavilions are designed to support up to 45 PSF Snow Loads and 140 MPH Winds. These features all come standard with every Wood Pavilion, thus ensuring your perfect oasis for outdoor entertaining is also a beautiful and strong structure.

DECKS plus Vinyl Pavilions are constructed from treated #1 grade southern yellow pine, which is then covered in high quality vinyl. A low-maintenance vinyl sleeve covers the heavy-duty 6x6 wooden posts, and attach securely onto your wood deck with an included powder-coated bracket. A post skirt adds a more finished look to cover the brackets, while decorative post trim creates a clean appearance by covering all of the connections. The enhanced braces increase the stability of the structure with their arched design, enabling our Rectangle Pavilions to withstand 140 MPH Winds and 45 PSF Snow Loads. Our headers are engineered with 4 ply 2x8 boards that can span over 16 feet without sagging. Double main rafters in the roof provide structural integrity, while the ceiling is comprised of beautiful 1x6 tongue and groove mahogany stained boards. This rich appearance is topped off by architectural asphalt shingles. These features all come standard with every Vinyl Pavilion, and one of these structures can be installed on site just in time for your next big event.
