Shipping policy

Delivery area: We deliver within New England only: Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine.

Massachusetts (excluding Cape Cod & the Islands): FREE delivery on regular-price items.

Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard & Nantucket: delivery is quoted separately. We'll contact you with the cost before your order ships.

Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont & Maine: flat $25 delivery per order.

Clearance items: free scheduled local delivery to Worcester County, MA only.

Lead time: Our furniture is made to order in the USA, and production time varies by item and by season. We'll confirm your estimated delivery window after you order. If you need something by a certain date, call us before ordering and we'll tell you what's realistic.

Delivery: Items ship via FedEx or freight carrier depending on size. For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery time.
